[Fix] 32 bit memory heap limit to 1 GB due to contiguous block allocation
      requirements.
[Code Cleanup] Removed LODWORD and HIDWORD definitions. LODWORD and HIDWORD were
               used in a single place where they were not needed.
[Code Cleanup] Removed other unused definitions.

If the child process exists without closing the socket first, a socket read
error occurs on both the parent process and the connected slave.

Enrico Giordani 2f3f9c7245 [Fix] Redis crashes at startup. 
A previous commit that fixed a socketstate leak exposed another existing bug:
if FDAPI_AcceptEx() fails the socketstate is accessed after the socket has
already been closed and the socketstate memory has been released, causing
a heap corruption exception .

[Fix] Improved error handlingin WSIOCP_Listen().

Enrico Giordani 0c992e47ce [Fix] Error handling and cleanup after an AOF rewrite error. 
On Windows two temp files are created during an AOF rewrite.
Both files were left behind in some error cases.
There is only one case for which we want to keep one of the temp file since
the user may need it.
