Fix test discovery in VS for NewtonSoft.Json.Roslyn.sln.

Browse Source 
Add a reference to NUnit3TestAdapter.
Emit full symbols for test project. Workaround for https://github.com/nunit/nunit3-vs-adapter/issues/296.
